Shipping Information 

• Most orders placed before 2 pm CST ship the same day (excluding weekends and holidays) via UPS Ground
• We ship anywhere in the contiguous US.
• Delivery times vary by location ranging between 2 to 5 business days 

Shipping Fees

• All orders to the contiguous USA qualify for free shipping.
• Note that Canadian orders will be subject to customs and duty charges.

Alaska + Hawaii and Canada

• We charge for shipping on all orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Please contact us for shipping rates to these locations.

Return Information

Standard Orders:

If you ever want to return an item, we’ll take it back 60 days after you purchased. You will receive a full refund once we receive the product back to us. The cost of return shipping will be at the discretion of EcoStrong depending on the manner of the return. Refunds will be issues via your original means of purchase Example: via credit card of PayPal.

Undeliverable Shipments

An “Undeliverable Shipment” is a shipment that our freight forwarder cannot deliver to the address that you have given us. The shipping charge out bound and return will be deducted from your product refund if your order is undeliverable. There will be no restocking charge.
